Every item is handmade to order or pulled from live inventory. Here's what to expect when you place an order.
Free Shipping
Orders of $50 or more ship free. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $7.
Processing Time
Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 5–10 business days depending on complexity and leather availability.
Packaging
Your item is carefully wrapped and packed to arrive in the same condition it left the shop. Paul takes pride in presentation — your order will look as good as it feels.
Carriers
Orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on size and destination. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

How Ordering Works
- Browse the shop and add items to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and submit your availability request — Paul will confirm the item is still available and send payment instructions.
- Payment is accepted via CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, or Chime.
- Once payment clears, Paul packages and ships your order.
- You receive tracking information by email.

At this time, Big Dog Leather ships within the United States only. If you're outside the US and interested in a piece, reach out directly — Paul is happy to discuss options.
One of a Kind
Every item in the shop is unique — no two are exactly alike. Stock is always 1. If something sells before your order is confirmed, Paul will let you know and can often build something similar. Visit the Sold Gallery for inspiration.
